With a proven track record in driving business transformation across mining, commodities, and food processing, Mr. Koppula plays a central role in RiverRoc’s global expansion and its partnership with the Reign Consortium. His leadership in Africa—as Consortium Director of Mining Operations—has been instrumental in executing sustainable, community-focused mining projects across resource-rich nations, aligning commercial success with environmental and social impact. From steering the JC Group’s diversified portfolio to pioneering supply chain innovation in India’s seafood industry, Mr. Koppula exemplifies modern business leadership rooted in resilience, sustainability, and inclusive growth.

Ayaz is a globally recognized projects lawyer and Chairman of Mintz’ Projects & Infrastructure Practice. He brings over 3 decades of experience advising on structuring, development, financing, construction, acquisition, and sale of major energy and infrastructure projects in the USA and worldwide. He has authored books and articles on Project Finance and Carbon Offset Fundamentals and previously worked with Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust, adding unmatched expertise to RiverRoc’s leadership team.

Mr. Rajinikanth brings over two decades of leadership in human capital management, strong expertise in designing and executing HR strategies across industries in IT, Engineering, Aerospace etc. As former Head of HR for Moog India and APAC, he led people operations for high-performance teams in the engineering and medical devices sectors, overseeing workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and statutory compliance. His experience spans top-tier firms like Tata Elxsi, Wipro, and Accenture, where he built high-impact people practices and managed HR transformation projects across India’s major tech hubs. Known for aligning HR with business strategy, he has successfully implemented shared service models and led cross-border HR operations.

Mr. Nagabhushanam is a seasoned geologist with over 22 years of Indian and international experience in exploration, mine planning, and project management across coal, metals, and oil & gas sectors. Proven expertise in geological surveys, drilling programs, cargo quality assessment, and coal trading operations. Skilled in strategic planning, technical due diligence, and production optimization with strong leadership and communication abilities. Adept at managing end-to-end logistics, quality control, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Mr. Ugandhar Poleti, a mining industry veteran with over 25 years of global experience in exploration, production, processing, and marketing of minerals including Quartz, Iron Ore, Manganese, Coal, and more. Currently leading operations across India, Kenya, and Tanzania, with a focus on value addition and international trade. Proven expertise in feasibility studies, quality control, and strategic planning. Successfully managed multi-country projects and built strong supply chains for mineral exports.
